Penis
& Scrotum cylinder sizing
Squirt
here giving a primer on sizing for a penis &
scrotum cylinder.
As
we touched on in a previous article, penis &
scrotum cylinders pump the entire package in one
tube. Up until now, we have only touched on pumping
only the penis in a penis cylinder.
Before
we get into the sizing, a short primer on penis
& scrotum pumping. Basically, there are two
ways you can look at penis & scrotum pumping.
- Pump
the entire package to increase both the size
of the scrotum (lymph engorgement) & penis
(lymph engorgement & permanent enlargement).
- Pump
the entire package to increase length in your
penis.
A
whole article is dedicated to outlook #1, pumping
the entire package to achieve an enlarged scrotum

The
outlook #2 (penis & scrotum pumping to achieve
more length) on the other hand is not the ordinary
way of seeing things when thinking about penis
& scrotum pumping. In fact, "penis &
scrotum pumping to achieve length" is only
promoted by Dr Joel Kaplan Inc. DR Joel Kaplan
found that when compared to the penis cylinder,
the penis & scrotum cylinder applies more
stretch on the suspensory ligament. Therefore,
Kaplan uses the penis cylinder mainly for girth
and some length; he also includes the use of the
penis & scrotum cylinder mainly for length
and some girth. Kaplan
includes his version of the penis & scrotum
cylinder, called the 2nd expansion cylinder in
his instructions and pumping schedule and advises
that both the penis cylinder AND the penis &
scrotum cylinder be used to ensure the best possible
results in penis enlargement.
So
now that we are back on track... on to sizing
for penis & scrotum equipment.
There
are two sizing categories for penis & scrotum
cylinders:
- One
size fits all
- One
size doesn't fit all
One
size fits all
To date, PumpToys
penis & scrotum cylinders are the only brand
that offers one size fits all. What makes this
category of sizing possible is PumpToy's
VERY STRETCHY vinyl & silicone seals. These
seals narrow PumpToy's
huge diameter cylinders down to 2 3/4 inch openings.
This size accommodates the smaller and the huge,
since it does stretch out to a larger opening
easily. Furthermore, if you are too large to fit
into a PumpToy
seal, then you can always pump without the seal,
provided you can fit your package through the
4-inch diameter opening.
The

Magnum
One
size does NOT fit all
These penis and scrotum cylinders have one thing
in common, no seal. Determining if a cylinder
does not come with a seal is how you can tell
you need to make size considerations. Like the
penis cylinders, these penis & scrotum cylinders
come in various diameter sizes in 1/4 inch increments.
Typical sizes range from 2.75 to 3.5 inch internal
diameters. Note: There
are other types of penis and scrotum cylinders
called multi-stage and specialty cylinders that
are larger in size but still must be sized correctly.
An
example of the "one size does not fit all"
sizing category is Dr Joel Kaplan's 2nd
expansion cylinders. In fact, you may have
been scratching your head at these cylinders in
our sizing
chart (from the previous article). Sorry to
spring them on ya like that!
To
properly size yourself into a DR Joel Kaplan 2nd
expansion cylinder or any cylinder like his,
you will need the circumference of your erect
penis along with a guestimate category for your
scrotum size. Once you have the measurements,
you can size the penis & scrotum cylinder
to match your body here.
