The good: The same great quality and durability one can expect from "professional grade" penis pumping equipment; Reasonably low cost; Available in quarter-inch increments from 1.75-inch to 2.5-inch diameter; comes with the standard female quick release fitting that works with most "professional grade" handpumps.

The bad: Bubbles in the cylinder's flared base which did not lead to any airleaks or substantial operational holdups (most Dr Joel cylinders do not have bubbles - this is an intermittent occurance);

The bottom line: A professional but low-cost solution when growing out of your current tube.
