my penis has a curve in it and was wondering if this pump will help with this problem. the skin is particulary tight due to this curve and on top of this i had a z stitch from a cyst removal. the ligaments also seem to be quite tight. presently my penis is six inches however along with everyone else would like to enhance. hope you can help me out. i can provide an emailed picture if this would help with advice. thanks

Per Dr Joel Kaplans team,
The Medical Vacuum System will help straighten a mild curvature and / or help pull the skin of the penis, at the same time pull the ligament so that it won't be so tight.

my penis began to curve, sex became very painful some time after. eventually I lost length and girth. I finally went to the dr and was diagnosed with pyronnies disease a previous break in the penis cause d this. It causes a scar band to form and slowly pulls the penis in and does not allow it to lengthen and then the girth dissapeared. I have lost half the length and girth I once had. Dr's told me "no hope" "surgery can help but you will loose your ability to orgasm" and other horror stories. I am not sugesting this is what you have only that this is how my disease process began. I also am wondering if the penis pump might help as it seems more logical to stretch the scar band and bring blood flow back into the area than to cut it and cause more scar tissue.

i just took delivery of the pump and i have just finished a session. i can definately feel the scar tissue being stretched and hopefully this will get rid of the curve whilst lengthen and straighten. could someone please tell me when using the pump do you pump up the pressure and then release consistantly for 10 minutes(this would be 100 times) or do you pump up and then let it stay at that pressure for the 10 minutes. Thank you

Try to maintain the pressure for 10 minutes. For those who are reading that are interested in enlargement, the 7-10 minute mark, increase pressure up to +3 on the FM dial without going past the 10 mark and/or without becoming painful.

i have now been using the pump for 4 weeks now and im slowly but surely seeing growth. with the packiaging of the first pump i saw that there is a 2nd pump. how will this pump work/ benifit me with growth and when should i be using it? also my girlfriend has inverted nipples and was wondering if the nipple pump would work for her. also how snug should my penis be in the cylinder? should there be air totally around my penis or should it be hard up against the cylinder. thanks

Been xtremely busy! Appologize for the late reply.
I'm glad to see that you are finally seeing an increase in length!
The 2nd expansion cylinder noted in the instructions is well worth your time, especially since you sound more interested in length than girth.
How the 2nd expansion cylinder works is that it houses both the penis and scrotum. Though it may seem that the purpose may be to increase both the size of your scrotum along with your penis, this is not the case, primarily. Let me give you more information before I get into the specifics of the 2nd expansion cylinder.
Your maximum penis length, as you have probably discovered, is the length of your stretched penis. Grip your flaccid penis and stretch it as far as you can outwards and you will see that this is probably the size of your penis when erect.
NOW YOU MIGHT TO WONDER, what is holding your penis from stretching longer?
ANSWER: The SUSPENSORY LIGAMENT.
The suspensory ligament is the ligament that holds your penis to your pubic bone. When you have your penis stretched as noted above, you can feel the ligament tugging at the base of your penis. This is the ligament that you must stretch (gradually) to increase your length.
This is when the 2nd expansion cylinder comes in.
This cylinder holds both your penis and scrotum and when pumped, pulls both penis and scrotum out towards the middle/top of the cylinder.
THIS IS STRETCHING YOUR SUSPENSORY LIGAMENT.
So why pump both penis and scrotum?
Well, this method gives the least restriction for stretching the suspensory ligament. If you were to use only just the 1st expansion cylinder (the one that houses only the penis), the stretch of your suspensory ligament would be limited due to the rim of the cylinder holding some of the skin on your body that attaches to your penis, thus preventing it to stretch outwards to it's fullest potential.
Again the 2nd expansion cylinder eliminates this problem by allowing more of your skin to stretch with your penis.
Hope this helps!
Thanks,
Nick

Forgot to add...
The nipple cylinders will help draw out your girlfriends inverted nipples. Whether it will stay like that forever, I'm not too sure. Sorry!
Lastly, let us know how the pump is helping/not helping your scar tissue & curvature issue.
Thanks,
Nick
