Greetings! I purchased the starter system and have used it up to now with good results, using only the first cylinder for the time being. My question is this: I got upto about week six and had to stop for about a week and a half. This was due to other obligations and time constraintes, NOT anything medical. Do I need to start over or can I essentially pick up where I left off?

This reply is probably coming too late...my appologies, but I needed to clarify with Dr Joel's personnel what I was thinking before I gave input.
As such, we all agree that in your situation (putting your pumping schedule on standby for a brief period) all you need to do is to simply start up where you left off. Your end result will not change, or be inhibited in any way.
But please, if pumping at the pressure where you left off is painful in any way, decrease pressure, and start at a lower pressure - at which time you will have to also go back a few weeks on the schedule.
HOPE THIS HELPS!
Nick

Thank you very much. This answers my question 100%. Although I am only using the first cylinder at this point, I am pleased with the results and my wife certainly isn't complaining! When I eventually do incorporate cylinder 2 in the program, what is the best way to work it in the schedule, since I am about one month ahead with cylinder 1?

Due to the fact that the scrotum is much more sensitive than the penis shaft, it is recommended that you start off at week one and go easy.
Thanks,
Nick

Thanks for the inforamtion. When ordering cylinder #2, what is the best way to take a measurment to determine which size will give the best fit but won't cause any discomfort?

Sir,
You will need either the 2.75", 3" the 3.25" or the 3.5" cylinder.
How to figure it out is as follows.
5.51" to 600" circumference (erect) Small Scrotum - 2.75" Small to Average Scrotum - 2.75"-3" (opt for the 3") Average Scrotum - 3" Average to Large Scrotum - 3.25" Larg Scrotum - 3.5"
6.01" to 8" circumference (erect) Small Scrotum - 2.75" Small to Average Scrotum - 3" Average Scrotum - 3.25" Average to Large Scrotum - 3.25" Large Scrotum - 3.5"
If you notice, the driving factor in the 2nd cylinder is your scrotum size.
For any of the above, if you are overweight, you need to add .25" to the diameter of the cylinder you purchase.
Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Nick
