hey i just got the pumo system with the 2 x 9 cylinder and when i started to pump it seems like the area at the base of my penis is getting sucked up becuase of all of the pressure in the tube (swells at the base and sort of hurts from the pressure, so i need to use the release valve...and yes i have tried pumping slowly). i haven't gone over 5 on the meter so i know i am not pumping too hard. i guess i am wondering if maybe i should order the smaller tube or if i am doing something wrong and anyone has advice. this is sort of awkward to post this kind of thing, but i paid plenty of money for this system (which looks like it is very good quality), and would like to enjoy the benifits of using it. any information would be helpful! thanks!

Sir,
This post is not awkward at all. We get this question a lot.
To see if this tube is the best fit for you, you will need to provide me either the circumference or the diameter of your erect penis.
No doubt that if you purchased one too large, more skin, especially your scrotum, will get sucked into the tube while pumping. This sometimes causes the testicles to smash upside of the outside cylinder wall (OUCH!). Though you did not specifically say you were having this problem, this is one of the mores common happenings to pumpers.
There are some methods to try to counter this effect. One of which is tricky but effective. If you hold onto your scrotum/testicles during the first couple minutes of pumping (restricting the extra skin from getting sucked in), for some reason, when you let go, you scrotum is left on the outside of the cylinder. The other is to tie some gausse (or even some medical tape -- though it somewhat is a 'pain' to rip off) around your scrotum, thus restricting the extra scrotum skin from being sucked in.
If you pain happens to be from the suction against the base of your penis, I'd need to dig a little deeper on finding out why.
But first off, we need to see if the tube you purchased is indeed the right size. Let me know your dimensions and we'll start from there ok?
Thanks,
Nick
