I'v been thinking about purchasing Dr. Joel's pump but am unsure about the size cylinders I need. My erection width is ~4 inches(give or take). So what size cylinders(1st expansion and 2nd expansion) would I need to purchase. I'm more concerned of increasing my length than girth. Plus I have some penile curvature(to the right) going on. Thanks in advance, for taking the time to read/respond to this post. I hope everyone finds positive and satisfied results in using Dr. Joel's Pumps.

Sir,
To get the right size you will need to pass me either your circumference or diameter of your erect penis.
Dr Joel Kaplan pumps does help correct minor curvature. Keep in mind however, that if you have Pyronese disease, this pump will not likely help the symptoms.
As you are probably aware, you will need to get the 1st & 2nd expansion cylinder to maximize your exercise routine and to focus on both length and girth. Note: girth increases are easier for your body to obtain than length. As such, you will notice girth increases first.
Thanks.

Hello, my penis all the way around measures at 4 inches when erect. What size cylinder should I purchase?

For the 1st expansion cylinder, you need the 1.75".
For the 2nd expansion cylinder, I'd get the 3". The 2.75" would probably fit better and be more comfortable, but the 3" will ensure the proper clearance to the slow stretch to your suspensory ligament (the ligament holding the penis to the pubic bone - felt on the top base of the penis).
Thanks,
Nick
