Just wanted to know if this cylinder is too small. My circumfrence is 5 3/4" at the base and I feel like I don't have much room to grow in this cylinder girth-wise. Is there a wider cylinder that would be more beneficial? I really want to increase my girth.

Sir,
As you have suspected, the answer is yes. The best fit cylinder for you is the 2.25" x 9" cylinder which should provide adequete space for girth expansion.
