My penis is 5 1/2 inches in length and 5 inches in circumference. So what size cylinders(1st expansion and 2nd expansion) would I need to purchase?

Sir,
It looks like you are approximately 1.75" in diameter.
Though the 2" cylinder is the perfect size for you, your girth goals may want to exceed 2" wide (which is approx 6.25" in circumference).
If this is the case, go with the 2.25" cylinder.
Now if your scrotum size is "average," and you are NOT overweight, go with the 3" cylinder for the 2nd expansion tube.
If you are overweight, then you must go for the 3.25" cylinder.
