Question about the Kit

Ok,I'm a bit confused about ordering the pumper's kit. There are many combinations of cyllinders and stuff,ao please give me an input what should I order, and what should work for me?
I'm doing manual Penis Enlargement for almost 2 years now, mostly consisted of jelqing and stretching techniques, and I would really love to try pumping for this purpose, since it's the only thing I haven't tried so far.
My current measurements are :
Length : 7 inches bone pressed (that would be about 6.5 inches measured without pressing the ruler to the bone)
Girth : 5.5 inches around.
It looks like I've plateaued since there's no change in size past 6 months or more.
So,my question is...What should I go for? I know that I should buy the pump, but besides that? What size of the cyllinder? Do I need one or two? Are they sold separately?
Please answer what this kit should be consisted of?
I want to improve both length and girth. I's be satisfied with 8 inches in legth, and 6.5 inches in girth.
Thanks for Your answers,
Playtimer

Hello playtimer and forum, I am new to the whole vacuum pumping thing as well but like you (playtimer) I am also a former “jelqer” and was wondering if I could ask you a question regarding your previous extension exercise progress? Would you mind sharing how much you grew from the jelqing/exercises (you stated your current measurements but not your measurements that you began with)? Did you have much success with those techniques? I had tried jelqing/stretching exercises for about 4 months at one point and grew in length about 3/4 of an inch but did not see much result in girth growth. I became interested in the pumping to add both length AND girth. As with yourself I felt I reached a plateau with jelqing and want to see if I can get past that plateau by trying vacuum pumping. I’ve read somewhere that the vacuum pumping causes cell breakdown/formation very effectively (more so than jelqing), so it looks promising...
My info is: Currently at: -Length: 6 3/4" -Girth: 5 1/4"
Before I started any extension methods: -Length: 6" -Girth: 5"
Growth from previous jelqing/stretching exercises: -Length: 3/4 “ -Girth: not much...
I bought the first (the 2" cylinder) and second cylinder (the 3" cylinder) a couple months ago. I have noticed a slight increase in girth so that is good but I have not noticed that much growth in length (I am going to post a question to the board regarding questions toward technique next). I feel that my previous jelqing/stretching exercise work might have given me my initial “quick” growth in length (that most extension techniques refer to) and now it will take a longer amount of time to increase the length. Not sure about that though...
Anyhow I have been lurking in this forum since I bought the vacuum pump and can tell you the moderator who's name is “Nick” is very good about answering posters questions. So you will get a thorough answer to your question.
PS: Nick and/or anyone else if you would like to chime in to my post to “playtimer” that would be great!

Hi,Investor. Yes,I had results with previous stretching/jelqing techniques, but I must say that most of my gains came from JELQ device, and combination of various stretches. Since I started,I have gained about 1 inch in length and just little under 1 inch in girth. Also, my routines were not too consistant, but all the gains are cemented.
You must understand that some men reach gains in spurts, there can be initial gain when starting, then nothing happens for few months, and then whoa! New gains come straight out of nowhere after some time. I'm one of those "spurt" gainers, but this time I'd like to push things a bit with manual pumping.
Hope this answers Your question
P.S. If moderator could answer my question, please? Thanks a lot.

Hey guys!
Thanks for waiting.
Being that I am do not jelg nor stretch manually, I did not want to provide you experts in the field bad data.
I went ahead and inquired with Team Kaplan on some of your thoughts.
Good news! Team Kaplan advises that they have had many accounts of some very happy people who incorporate the pump with their jelging & stretching techniques for QUOTE "awesome results!"
I was quite suprised that Team Kaplan "verbally" gave a head nod to using both the pump and jelging techniques. Where before I've heard them a bit more biased than today.
In any case, they explained to me that many customers of theirs have given them great feedback on results for exactly what you two are conspiring GO FOR IT!
This part is for Playtimer:
Looking at your girth, you'd need the following:
Dr Joel Kaplan Complete Starter Kit w/ 2.25" diameter 1st expansion cylinder -and- *3" diameter 2nd expansion cylinder (if not overweight)
*If overweight, you need a 3.25" cylinder.
If you want to purchase these items from our shop, you will need to email us at service@JNOUTLET.com so we can make special arrangements to swap in a 2.25" cylinder with a complete starter kit.
Hope all this helps!
Nick

Nick, I have been into PE since 01/04 and have had pretty good success. I want to incorporate manual girth work with low pressure pumping with both cylinders and think your sight is great and appreciate your excellent prices. NOW to my question. I hate to sound like a wussie, but I just cannot have my wife standing over me at the door wanting to see my UPS package when it arrives. What are options as far as picking up at UPS or even better picking up at the post office?

Thanks for the kind words
What you need to do is send us an email (service@JNOUTLET.com) before you place an order to pass us your "alternate" address, be it a PO BOX or a UPS store's address. We'll then be on the lookout for your order.
Hope this helps!
Nick

Thanks for the answers, Nick! Yes, You've been very helpful. This is a great evidence of how good support should work
No,I am not overweight, so I will go for 3" 2nd expansion cylinder, and get on work to start new gains hopefully.
Thanks again,
Play
