Hey guys!
One of the most common questions I'm asked is, "how much vacuum can I pump too?"
The official answer is this: Do not exceed 10 on that FM dial! Anything over that, you run the risk of damage, mainly in the form of blisters, but could be worse if you blow you penis up.
But my answer is this: Listen to you body. If pumping begins to hurt, especially in the form of a pinching and/or burning sensation, LOWER the vacuum pressure. Once you reach a pressure that feels like a sucking/feel good sensation, that is the pressure to shoot for. Over your pumping session, your penis becomes more engorged with lymphatic fluid and you will be able to pump higher vacuum levels without pinching or burning. So go slow in the beginning knowing you'll be able to pump higher later. Please take the time to get there. Furthermore, as weeks and months pass by, you will be able to pump to higher pressures than previously achieved. All will be achieved in the near future.
SO GUYS, PLEASE DON'T RUSH IT!
There is no sense in rushing the pump session (highest pressures possible) for faster gains. Blisters & worse are always the unwelcomed gremlin -- blisters are painful and they halt your pumping regemin until it is healed (weeks). Trust me...it sucks!
