Here's a tip on Scrotum suck:
Scrotum suck occurs when the scrotum on the outside of the cylinder gets sucked into the tube leaving your testicles smashed on the outside of the tube. The best way to minimize this is:
1. to use a cylinder that is no more than 1/4 inch larger in diamater than your erect penis.
2. avoid putting lube on your scrotum before entering the cylinder.
Even when you follow these two rules, sometimes those pesky testies somehow find their way in the tube. In this case, you will need to:
3. manually hold the scrotum/testies outside of the cylinder during the first 15 or more seconds of pumping. When you've reached your pressure, you may let them go.
4. if this doesn't work, you may tie a piece of relatively thick piece cloth or some gauze around your testicles to keep them from slipping against the side of the tube -- the cloth will act as a cushion so there is no discomfort.

Hey just joined,
anyway i purchased a jel-lee donut from hot shots, they make pump accessories and it works like a fucking charm so you don't get any scrotum in the pump. I bought the anal design. It is so tight it will only fit your shaft. Plus its awesome because there is no suction leakage as well. it was $6 quite affordable compared to a gforce pump.
