A customer just came up with a great way to reduce the opening of Dr Joel Kaplan's Penis Head Enlarger.
NOTE: Head enlargers come in two sizes, small (1.5" opening) and large (1.75" opening). This tip applies to the "small" penis head enlarger.
He claims that to reduce the opening of Dr Joel Kaplan's small Penis Head Enlarger, purchase a Colt 2.25-inch (2 1/4 inch) silicone sleeve and fit it over the small head enlarger. The silicone sleeve will further restrict the 1.5" opening making it easy to obtain and maintain a great seal!
