New to Ball pumping, have pumped penis before. How long does it take until the ache goes away and I can really get to pumpin?

It depends on how often you pump. Pump regularily and you won't experience the ache as much. Let 3 or 4 days go between pumping, the muscles will contract again and you will ache.
