Hello,
I'm investigating pumping. I've been using an extender for nearly 2 and a half years, and before that had been jelqing regulary.
My guess is that the extender and jelqing has stretched the ligament nearly as far as it will go. I started at 5 1/4 in. erect length and now am around 6 5/8in. erect length. I figure that if I start pumping that it will help increase girth, but that I shouldn't expect too much for length gains. Or, is there something that pumping will do that an extender won't?

Your suspicions are right on. What you can definetly expect from the pump is more girth. You will probably experience MORE length in the tube, but this new length will most likely be restricted within the tube. As you suspected, if your stretching routines have maxed out your suspensory ligament, what the pump will give you, WHILE YOU ARE IN THE TUBE, is more blood in the penis then ever before. This excess of blood in the penis will inflate the tissues in all directions, causing more girth and MORE LENGTH while inside the tube. All this will be caused by overinflating the penis with blood. ....But the real question remains.....is your suspensory ligament really maxed out? or even better, is it possible to "max" out any ligaments for that matter?
