Hey mates - been pumping for about a two months or so...and I have noticed some change in vein definition at the glans edge and the meeting point of the shaft....mainly on both sides of the frenum??? Normal??
Routine - two sets, sometimes three of 15 minutes, massage for a minute or two between sets. Mityvac at about 3-6 - still using a larger cylinder that I got from a cheaper pump set with the mityvac pump being an add on...need to get a new cylinder with the right fittings and such.

It doesn't sound like any thing major. However, when you say, "change in vein definition," do you mean that veins have become more visible, or that the area has become swollen.
Also, are you cut, or uncut. I'm cut. So I can only give you my "opinion" from that angle. If it's veinage, that's a good thing. Means that you are increasing the blood flow to the penis, especially the glans. If it's swollen, then it sounds like a good ole' fashion donut. In which case you should keep the pressure down around 3-4 inches hg, or consider wrapping the area before pumping (wrapping works best for me).
Give us a little more info like, how many days a week you pump. Do you do any other form of penis enlargement, and how long into a pumping session you start to notice the changes in that area (or is this starting to become something that stays with you days after a workout).
Give us another holla union,
smitty.

Sorry would probably make a difference. The veins are more visible/pronounced in areas.
I am cut and boy I am truly keeping that pressure at no more than six - learned that lesson when strating out with out a gauged pumper...
Usually I only go about 3 - 4 days a week. The vein pronouncement has stayed...showed about a month or so into things...and then stayed - smaller veins only although on the frenum portion of the shaft those are a bit larger and more pronounced.
I do occassionally feel a bit "tugged" or maybe I should say "stretched" if I go over three 15 minutes session - like I did too much with that session...then I may lay off for two days. Usually this feeling is along the "weld of the glans" to the shaft. Did that the other Thursday - and so holding off till Sunday night on a repump. Although I also have noticed that a light pump seems to solve that feeling too. Go figure!
As to size changes - hard to say - the tube I am using is 2.5" and I really should have a 2". It's on the "list to buy" here soon. I do know that a 2" cock ring is very tight after a session - have to stretch it to fit at the base. So, that is a good thing...length is about 3/4" after a session. Nothing that lasts beyond an hour or two either.
Hopefully Smitty, that makes more sense.

That seems like a lot, so try and stay under 5 on the gauge (I don't see any reason to go any higher). Try staying between 3-4 on the gauge, at least for a week, and see if you notice any difference. However, 3-4 days a week sounds like a good routine.
I don't think the extra veinage is a problem (most women like that veiny muscular look. Ask your girl, I bet she's loving the new look). In fact, I think it's a sign of improved blood flow. Improved erections are another indicator of a good workout. After my first 2 months of pumping, my dick started getting hard enough to cut diamonds.
I would only worry if the veins were hard/stiff, or started forming hard areas. Loss of erection quality/fuequency of erections throughout the day are signs of injuries/over pumping. If none of these negative things are happening, I'd ssay you're doing pretty good. Just keep the pressure low and safe.
Hope this helps,
smitty.

Helps a lot Smitty...thanks for the information. No hard areas in teh veins or losses elsewhere. Occassional twing from what is an overpump and then like you said - back off and let heal. 3-5 does seem to be the best on the gauge too! ;-)
