Just wanted to say hello to all and a few questions for "Sir" Nick:
First a little about me. I have been reading and reading for quite sometime about pumping and extenders. I have recently been obsessed with penile enlargement and being obsessive/compulsive i'd like to get all the info. before i make any purchases or involve my personal health. I am not new to the PE fad, tried pills and natural manual enlargening programs to some degree of success. But those get quite tiresome and dull after awhile, you know. Anyways researching "pumping" has got me to the conclusion that Dr. Joel Kaplan Pumps are the best and the Only way to "pump". My question is that i really didn't see any results or questions pertaining to people with the Electric pump system. Is this because of the Expensive price tag, or are they really inferior to the manual hand pump versions. I am not worried about the expense but dont wanna waste the money if it is not gonna be a much better upgrade. Right now the only thing i can get that differentiates the 2 is that the electric ones are a more precise and safer version due to the even "pressurization" process and now no longer need to be removed for the "break" period. But if you recommend the manual hand held ones...which one?
Second: will wearing an extender throughout the day except when "pumping" diminish or harm my overall results?? You know the whole overworked syndrome!! Also does anyone here have any personal experiences with an extender that they would like to share?? Sowee about the LONG entry but wanted 2 give a brief description about myself so that maybe others can relate to me and my experiences instead of seeing me as just another "pumper" or a screenname. Thanks and hope to hear from u soon.

P.S- I am about "6.25" erect/ 4.55" girth erect - What size cylinders??

Sir \:\)

Great questions: Right of the bat, I do not have any experience with extenders, so your question about using both extender and pump I cannot backup with any real life experiences. All I can do is speculate, so I'll save it for someone wandering this forum to provide first hand knowledge.

Now about the electric pump: There are several on the market, but the one that actually "pulsates" air pressure is the one you want to get. Yes, having consistent pressure while hands-free is a plus, but what produces the most gain in the shortest period of time is pulsating pressures. This action allows for better blood circulation in the penis and also more effective when stretching the suspensory ligament.

CTC Company was the first to sell a pulsating pump (and still does). But finally, pumping has finally caught up with technology. Pumptoys makes a QS-7 electronic programmable pump. Hook this baby up to your computer and you can program the pumping profile you want. You can even exchange pumping profiles with your QS-7 friends.

I use it and it is great! I just turn on my computer and let that thing rip (since I already have my favorite profile saved). Totally hands free and programmed exactly the way I (you) want.

Now, about DR Joel Kaplan merchandise. What is nice about this brand is that you can get it relatively CHEAP for the quality of merchandise you receive. Still, some believe it to be a tad expensive, however, this is the only pumping system out there that provides a pumping program to follow . This goes a long way since most Kaplan customers are new to this. So yes, in our opinion, this is the best pumping kit you can buy for the price, quality and instruction on the market.

But if you want the BEST OF EVERYTHING right off the bat - here our recommendations:

Handpump: MityVac (ours comes with a water trap for wet pumping)
Electronic Pump: QS-7
Penis Cylinder: Velseal
Penis & Scrotum Cylinder: Longjohnny for starters

Hope this answers some of your questions.

Don't hesitate to ask more qqq's if I forgot anything.

Thanks,

Nick

Wow that was fast!! Thanks for answering many of my questions. Yeah i have been coming up with my own "package" and all but one thing was the same as ur list, what about the Stallion Cock Rings???

Second: i take it you are recommending i have a manual and an electric pump system??

I have a few personal questions that you may or may not wish to answer nick. First, what would you do all over if you could knowing what you know now and what products to go with. Any techniques i should really concentrate on or avoid?? And how fast are results?? Not looking to add huge growth or girth just looking to maximize current erections to a harder and much longer state!! If you don't mind telling me your results from where you started and the time frame you achieved those results??

Lastly: everything you mentioned i can purchase from you, correct??

OK about the cock stallion cushions -- these handy little devices have many purposes. The most obvious is keeping semi-erect post pumping - this aides in the enlargement process. The least obvious are - Maintaining that "just pumped" look for hours and hours if necessary AND to "train" the penis to stay outside of the body as the rings thickness lends a hand at keeping he penis stretched out. Though these are expensive, they come in handy and are now always a part of my personal workout (post pumping).

If I could do it all over again, I would have started with a QS-7 electronic pump. Reason is is that back when I was extremely motivated, one of my goals was to document my progress with the pump (handpump). I did so over a month period or so and then I quit. I quit because documenting PLUS pumping became quit a chore -- especially sticking exactly to the pumping profile. BUT NOW that Dan Bagman from Pumptoys developed such a wonderful product, we now have a tool that takes away 80% of the labor involved with pumping. That 80% is constantly maintaining and adjusting pressure (not hands-free). Now you are free to watch your favorite video's; Read your favorite book; Document whatever you want to document; or simply just enjoy your penis pumping.

Truthfully, I am now more of a sporadic pumper than I was before -- this is due to my work and my nature. But since I have started (about 3-4 years ago - I cant remember) I am now 1.25" longer and much heavier (never really measured - bad on me). Unfortunately for me, my gains were made and documenting from the point I am at now, seems to be overcome by events.

Hope this helps \:\)

Hey there Nick:
I went against your "what would you do all-over" suggestion and went with the Velseal 1.75" Starter Kit (Hand Pump), 2.75" Kaplan stg.2, and the stallion rings for an all-around "good" starting kit. I will eventually go with the QS-7 no doubt, but after talking with Sparx10 a little. I feel going with that right away is not necessary, but will most definately upgrade to that very soon. Sparx10 mentioned he gets the best results or sessions, when he "pump jerks" which is similar to what the QS-7 does for us!! The reason why i am not going with the top of the line, is to save a little money. I am planning on purchasing an "extender" at the same time as the pump system for an incredible PE program!!
I am really admonit about using both, a medical grade extender during the days while "pumping" at night. I can't wait to see the results of using both and also telling my story of both upon getting "improvements".
I am still a little uncertain tho on the scrotum and penis cylinder?? is the Kaplan 2.75" too small or should i go with the 3"????
I'm ready to order, please approve or disapprove of my choices! Thank you

Sir,

The Kaplan 2nd cylinder will do the job just fine. Without knowing your size and body weight, I cannot for sure say if the 2.75" cylinder is too small or just right. Ball pumping has a dual purpose... it enlarges the balls and it aides in stretching the suspensory ligament. I would have to recommend the Longjohnny cylinder in lieu of Kaplans 2nd cylinder if you are going for ball enlargement -- Reason being is that this cylinder will not form your balls to the smaller 2.75 cylinder shape when they get big; You will not get stuck; and wet pumping is optimal because of the offset connector. On the other hand, if you are just going for the suspensory ligament stretch, the Kaplan cylinder will do the job. Oh, I forgot to add: The Long Johnny has a 2.75" vinyl (soft) opening and expands to 4" in diameter for lots of room to grow.

No prob on going with the Handpump. Most people find this handy tool to work just fine. Just know that if you ever really want to go hands free, you know what to get.

Lastly, if time permits, please let our friend Sparx10 know to private message me....been trying to contact him with no success.

Hope all of this helps!

Nick
