I have a Mighty Vac pump with gauge and hose..but I have 2.5" cylinder that was a "poor mans" pump cylinder kit - great cylinder and hand pump...but with no gauge later learned I was at 5-10 every time! The cylinder works fine...it's just 1/2" too big now that I have learned a bit more. It has a built in male (christmas tree) connector. So I am really wanting to get a cylinder so I can pack and stretch it.

I would like to purchase a cylinder and the right parts for the hose, but I am not that mechanically inclined. Will I need a male connector for the hose to attach to the connect of a cylinder? Are all cylinders pretty much universal for connectivity?

Also, can I cheat and buy a budy system in case my wife wants to try a pussy cylinder?
