I started pumping about a month ago with the first cylinder, then got the second cylinder a week ago. I've seen improvements with the first cylinder, but when I try to follow the program suggested with the second cylinder, I find it extremely uncomfortable after reaching a pressure of only about 5-6. The discomfort is primarily related to the stretching of my testicles, and I am unable to reach pressures where I cna actually feel the suspensory ligaments being stretched. My first cylinder size is the 2.25", and I ordered the suggested second cylinder size of 3.25". Anyone else experience the same thing with the second cylinder? Am I doing something wrong? Any feedback would be appreciated.

Lt me tell you something. I'm a long time pumper but, one MUST take their time. I've pumped since pumping was strickly devoted to your cock.
When Ifirst pumped my balls I had pain up into my abdomen even. But, today as I type I have on my new Bullmaster MAGNUM and, my balls are quickly [since I have a weekly regimen of pumping] expanding in the cylinder of 6 inches wide. Now figure that out! When the pockets of the cylinder are full of my balls, my sac will be about 18 inches around. And guess what? I have not pain..........in fact, it feels very good!

So you MUST keep the pressure within acceptable limits and be patient. You will get there! Any problems or serious questions, see an MD.
