I've been pumping on and off fairly regularly for about 5 years. When I started this madness I was about 7.5" now I am 10". I seem to have reached a plato for the past year. Any suggestions?

Perhaps you should start to jelq and strech your penis to brake this plato. Unfortunately, I have no other ideas.
if you can say to me how long you pump per sit and with which pressure? Do you make a brake and how long? Do you have some erektions problem with pumping after all dies years? I think thrombosis or somthing like that? Sorry about my bad english!

Years ago, I pumped for a brief period of time with an electric pump; I had to stop for privacy reasons, too noisy but, I went from 6 inches to 6 1/2 and from 5 to 6 in girth. Recently, I started to pump again, no changes in length but i have gained 1/2 extra inch in girth. Doing 30 minutes daily.

Thughung, That's the lenght I want to reach, well, between 9 and 10 inches. How long should my sessions be and how often? I do 30 minutes daily, please advise. Thanks in advance.

Thug, I had one of those years ago, ended up tossing it away, not sure if it was the same manufacturer, you are right, they are uncomfortable. A while ago I found a site where these guys use a rod and tie their junk up to it, they roll it or something like that to stretch it; they don't use pumps. This might work for you since you want to gain more, if I find that site again, I'll send you the link.

I think increasing your session time to fourty five minutes will makeadifference. Also I don't know what equipment you are using now but I use two cylinders. One for length and one for girth. I have been doing forty five minute sessions but have been advised to increase my time. It all depends on how long and consistently you have been pumping. Also a handpump of coarse will eliminate the noise.

Treeman, thanks, I started pumping for 1hr yesterday and I can see that the work out gives better results. I have no problems now with the noise, I use a safe and with a small opening for the power cord and the hose, it muffles the noise prettyh well plus, I have my own place now so, that hepls as well =). I purchased a second cylinder too lol, for lenght, the one I have now is more for girth. Does anyone know if pumping your nuts makes them hang lower and more apart from the penis? I see guys doing that here but don't know why they do it?

I recieved the ASTJ from Pumptoys last week and it is awesome, it realy make balls bigger and with the stj precision seal there's no more leak =D I'm thinking about getting new briefs cuz mine are too small when I pump with the stj
