I purchased an inexpensive one a long while back, and I can say don't do that. It is the shorter style, and if you start getting any pressure on it, it just sucks the dick in and the head is crammed against the plastic. Waste of money.
Now, I do intend to get a good one, and I have looked at many online and in stores. The one I am probably going to go for is at Pumptoys.com. Take a look at it. I think that would do the trick. And no, I am not an employee, nor do I have any interest in promoting that company. It just looks to me like that one would work.
I would like to hear from someone with a successful cylinder story. Thanks.

i was thinking about an earlier post....how to reduce/eliminate the donut...saran wrap was the tip and also adds to the mushroom...gonna try tonight...had the penis head cylinder....found it to be difficult to us with the hand pump and all..

Use one of those jack off sleeves about the length of the shaft with a good
Pump gasket at the base of cly. This gave me awsome results my cock head got
