I've been pumping for about 3 months and think I may have damaged something. I started out following the instructions to the tee but since then increased the duration I was in the tube. I never pumped to really high pressures but I am now experiencing weaker erections with my skin being a darker color. Im guessing my dick got use to pumping within the first month so I increased my times and would pump every day. I would like to know exactly what I have damaged, whether its the arteries, blood vessels, or fibers that have caused my erections to become weaker. Is this damage also irreversible or can the penis heal itself? I would like to speak with someone ASAP. Preferably phone conversation would be better because I could get answers quicker but anything will do. If anyone can offer any help id be grateful. Is there anyone else who may have done this and made the same mistake before? Could you please share and offer some advice?

Its NORMAL. The longer you pump using pressure higher than 5 Hg your skin will get darker, and you start losing erections... stop and rest and the erections come back .. in about 2 weeks, darker skin how ever will take quite a while with no pumping.
My advise don't pump over 5 Hg and when things return to normal stay inside 5 to 7 Hg.
