Ok ordered my pump last week, check on it with conformation number still no word on when its going to be shipped by what the screen says. Is this normal??? Should I contact them? Thanks for your time.

I have ordered cylinders and they have been shipped from California via Post Office, uthe a tracking number. They usually require your signature. Some how the post office knows not to give the package to a neighbor or to the wrong person!
I purchased three different cylinders from "Best" Penis depot, and once the postman tryed to deliver it to my tennant and the delivery person would not let him sign for it. So I had wait till the next day when the package was back at the P. O.
Good luck It is worth the wait.
