Hello!
I'd like to ask a few questions to an advanced pumper to help troubleshoot my routine. I've been pumping on a very dedicated schedule for about two months, and haven't seen any gains for about 1.5 of those months.
I'm combination pumping in a STJar at 1-1.5hg for 2 hours, with 3 minutes every 20 being a massage break. My Jar has no problems with seals or leaks anywhere, and I make sure to do a very good job keeping the pressure low and constant.
I see an increase in size initially, but after regulating the pressure once or twice back to desired pressure (to counter displacement), I only see slow discoloration. No pain...but no gain.
I'll be glad to expound further on my routine, etc. I'd just like to get off of this plateau!
Thanks, OKhan

Dear Okhan,
I have peen pumping for about three years.I have three sizes of cylinders. I have learned that if you start your sesson with the small cylinder first. Then when it is close to being packed (full) change to the next larger cylinder. In the befining, I pumped for quite a wile till suprisingly one day things really developed. It just takes time. I think a st jar may be to large in the begining? Does any one else have a better answer?

Exactly how would having a smaller cylinder affect the results? it seems to me that if the seals are good enough...and you can achieve the appropriate level of vacuum, the shape/volume inside the container wouldn't have much bearing. I'm purely curious, and would like to know for future cylinder consideration.
Thanks OKhan

Are you pumping both your balls and penis? A small cylinder will consentrate on one thing. When you have both in a jar, the ball fill the jar first and do not let the fluid get into the penis. I think we are not exactly the same , but it taks a long time of pumping to reallly show. Be patient, don't give up and be careful to not put excessive pressure. Otherwise you will get blisters on the head which is bad. Then you have to take a week off pumping

Ok, when you put it into context of scrotum only, I can see how the size of cylinder would make a difference. Yes, I'm doing the whole package at once.
Also, with penis-only pumping, there are short term effects that prove it's working. Most of that is lymph, but there's no reciprocal that I've found with the scrotum. They get ~10% larger in the first 30mins, then no change... and then return to normal (or close to normal) within an hour out of the cylinder.
Research I've done around community sites leads me to believe I'm simply not providing enough vacuum. As stated earlier, my goal is a constant pressure between 1 and 1.5 Hg with several breaks. Unfortunately, purchasing a ball-only cylinder isn't something I'm able to do at the moment, so I've started to design one (since your last post). Until it is created, I will experiment with higher vacuum (no higher than 2Hg) since I've seen literally no gain in 1.5 months.
I welcome any and all ideas/criticisms/advice, for I am a self-admitted newbie.

As an Update:
I think I've localized my problem, and I'd like feedback on my observation. I think the main error I had while pumping was that I had yet to distinguish the feelings of lymph engorging with the 'ache' that indicates the need for a break (or overpressure, etc.).
Are the two similar in anybody's experience?
Also, I know each of us progressed differently, but after about 2.5 months, how far along the process were you? I've seen about 7% gains.
Thanks OKhan
