Can you use the 1.75 cylinder to pump each testicle separately and what pressure do you use. Has anyone done this?

Hi, I have done that, but it is not ideal for me. The cylinder edge has to go between the balls, and more than about 3 hg feels like I will tear the skin; that low amount of pressure is not enough to keep it on. Also, when you could be doing both in the same time it takes to do one, it becomes a time issue. Maybe others have had more success.
My method of determining suction is more along the lines of not getting into "OMG, that hurts!" Generally, it winds up being in the 5 range, never much more. If you are new, you might want to start lower.
I have done both balls with a 2.5in., and that works well (as, for instance, right now!) Now, though, I usually use a Bullmaster from Pumptoys. That is a great cylinder for getting the entire package, and they are good people.(And, no, I have no financial or other interest in their firm_just a happy customer!) They are working on a balls-only cylinder, but apparently there are some tough technical issues with that.
I would recommend getting yourself a good 2.5 in. or so, if that is feasible for you.
Sometimes I will start with the package, then switch to a cock cylinder, or vice-versa.
Hope this helps!
