No pain no gain right !! WRONG Slow and steady wins the race.....I've been pumping a little bit. Some good some bad. Your natural reaction is to pump the shit out of the thing for more results. I must admit I do tend to spike the meter from time to time (find my pic marked "spike the meter") you'll see the meter is at 15lb. of vacume. Please be super carefull if you try this. Blistering and recovery from damage take a long time.

I have been pumping for about 4 yrs and had both red spots and blisters. Unfortunately I still get carried away from time to time nd have a problem. Slow and easy is way to go

At the end of a session after I have been stretching a couple of hours.....I spike it and hold vacume only 5 to 10 seconds. I hate when I hurt myself. I may do this over and over again for 10 min. I been pumping 10 years, still need to be careful

hey, shit happens from time to time. Hopefully the water blisters are not too bad this time and you will be back in action in a few days. As you over and over "Take it Slow and Easy".

Even thou I am a high pressure pumper (NOT RECAMENDED AT ALL) the slow and steady is still the way to go. I've been reading up on sugar water pumping (tried it twice) but have not seen a differeance. My best advice is still Slow & Steady and Keep everythng WARM. Pumpman

That's for sure. Start each pump at 2-4, then slowly increase it to 3-5. Higher maybe faster, but slow is better in the long run. Pumping as I write this...
